Discounts for Goalkeeper Residential Academy Camp only.

Group Discount (for 6 or more campers in a group)

Sibling Discount (for family’s second member )

Multiple Discount (for attending two camps)

Group Discount: Groups of six players or more are welcome to attend and they will be allowed to train as a group. A $25.00 discount will be available to each member of a group when registering together. Applications for camp must be sent in together at least two weeks prior to camp to qualify for the discount. Please call us before mailing the application packet. One discount per camper.

Sibling Discount: A $20.00 discount is granted to a second member of the family.

Multiple Camp Discount: $30.00 off per camper for attending two camps.

Request for Roommate: The HGA and Westminster College welcome roommate requests for overnight camp and will do our very best to accommodate all roommate requests. To guarantee a roommate request, both campers must request each other on the mail-in registration form or in their online registration. Confirmation of roommate requests will only be given at check-in, and cannot be given out prior to that, since the room assignments are not completely finalized until the day of check-in. If more than two campers would like to room together, one parent from the group must be designated to send in the group of names, and we will work with that list and their online registration roommate requests to pair them together or close to each other. If you arrive at check-in, and believe your roommate assignment is incorrect, or you are not roomed with your group, please ask to speak with the camp director. This is a situation that can be fixed very easily.

Non-Refundable Deposit: Registration must include at least the non-refundable deposit of $75.00 for each camp to hold your spot.

Cancellation / Refunds Policy: For cancellation or refund policy for camps at Westminster College, should contact Jerry Hare at HGA office or Girish Thakar at Westminster College. Contact information for Jerry Hare: or call (412) 486-8284. Contact information for Girish Thakar: or (724) 946-7316.

All campers will be under constant supervision and may be expelled from camp if there are any disciplinary problems.

Medical Insurance / Medical Release & Emergency Information: When registering for camp, please fill out the current medical insurance information and sign on our medical release / parent-consent form with emergency information in case there is an emergency. Your daughter/son will not be allowed to participate if this is not signed.

The Hare Goalkeeper Academy does not provide medical insurance for campers. In the event of illness or injury requiring treatment, hospitalization, or surgery, family medical insurance must be used. Routine health care will be provided by our camp athletic trainer, however, staff will not dispense aspirin or other medications, unless instructed to do so. Although every attempt will be made to contact a parent or guardian in case of emergency, the medical treatment authorization / release portion of the registration form must be signed to grant permission for any medical attention needed to be authorized by the camp director or athletic trainer. If a player is injured, you may send a doctor’s note to us by mail or email to:

We must receive the doctor’s note prior to the start of the camp. We will then refund the full camp fee.

Medical History Form: Upon receipt of a camper registration and medical release forms, a confirmation packet, which includes a medical history form, will be sent out by email that needs to be completed by parent or a medical doctor. Physical exams conducted as of September for the current school year may be attached to our Medical Form provided all necessary information is provided. It is imperative that you remember to bring your medical history form to camp. Please note that a camper cannot participate without a completed medical history form and medical release & parent consent form.

Player Profile Form: The Player Profile Form is for the high school goalkeepers in the GK ID Academy Camp or GK Residential Academy Camp at Westminster College in conjunction with the College Bound ID Camp and the Titan Residential & Commuter Soccer Camp. This form will be provided for purposes of evaluation and recruitment.
